The role of the implementation teams is to establish the relevance and viability of CLIx and to demonstrate its ability to contribute to teaching-learning processes at scale. These teams closely interact with the other CLIx teams to design the implementation approach of both curricular and Teacher Professional Development offerings in the various states. The primary responsibility of implementation is to prepare the ground, work with developmental groups and schools to implement the programme and build an ecosystem for its sustenance. State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) is our partner in this endeavour in Telangana.
I am a Consultant on Educational Reforms to the Dept. of School Education. I was previously the head of the Dept. of Curriculum, Textbooks & Pupil Assessment Procedures, SCERT. I have over thirty years’ experience both as an educator and in the field of education policy.

I have worked on Teacher Professional Development and restructuring along with re-strengthening of the District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET). In partnership with UNICEF and the Government of Chhattisgarh,
I designed and implemented capacity building programs for DIETs; provided academic and administrative support to DIET faculties, Cluster Academic Coordination (CACs), and Block Academic coordination (BACs); designed leadership programs for government schools to improve learning levels; reviewed and designed district plans for the implementation of the Right to Education Act; and worked on the Development of Language Education (with a focus on Hindi and English) in elementary schools in the multilingual urban context of Madhya Pradesh.
I have worked with tribals in insurgency hit areas of Chattisgarh, urban migrants in Bhopal, the displaced/resettled tribal groups in Madhya Pradesh and de-notified tribes both Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

From August 2014 to January 2017, I worked as a Bala Swecha Implementer & Community Leader at Swecha non-profit organisation. I was deployed for management of several instances of systems like Owncloud and Bala Swecha Operating Systems. I also developed websites on different Content Management Systems like Drupal. For my masters project, I worked on the design implementation of an e-commerce site for online hand arts sales and making of hand arts.
At CLIx, I am working as a Field Support Person in Warangal. I work closely with the Telangana Government School Education Department.

I am a postgraduate in chemistry and work with the CLIx Chemistry team. I started my career as a quality assurance chemist in the pharmaceutical industry. Because of my interest in education, I completed graduation in education and later joined Science Express as a science communicator and worked on the themes biodiversity and climate change. I interacted with a wide variety of people all through India and conducted many science activities.

I am a lecturer at the Institute of Advanced Study in Education (IASE). My focus is on science education and curriculum at the school level. I am currently on deputation to SCERT to oversee the implementation of the CLIx project in Telengana.

I have three years of experience as community coordinator-in-charge and mandal training coordinator at the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Nizamabad district, Telangana. I was also Maths teacher for two years at a residential school in Dichpally, Nizamabad, and have worked for two years as Adviser for the National Pension System.
I have worked as a community lead for BalaSwecha, an initiative by the Andhra Pradesh- and Telangana- based non-profit organization Swecha. I have experience in coordinating between schoolteachers, students and educationists, so as to understand their requirements and offer support through using technology, and finding solutions to problems arising within surrounding communities.
