Project Description
UNICEF has offered technical inputs to state governments on a range of interventions, such as in developing annual plans for teacher education; strengthening teacher education institutions, curricula, syllabi and materials; building the capacity of academic support systems; facilitating partnerships with technical experts; advocating on key priority areas; piloting and rolling out innovative programmes and materials; and documenting good practice. UNICEF-Chhattisgarh is playing a significant role in the implementation of Educational interventions in Chhattisgarh by building and strengthening partnerships with grassroot NGOs and Government agencies. UNICEF is partnered with TISS for development and implementation of CLIx in Chhattisgarh.
