Project Description
SCERT Andhra Pradesh was established in 1967. After the creation of Telangana state, SCERT Hyderabad, Telangana became a separate entity in June 2014. Its objectives include the continuing education of teacher educators and teachers, and keeping them abreast of the latest educational developments by serving as a clearing house for ideas and information. SCERT also provides academic guidance to schools through extension services; undertakes studies, investigations and surveys to evaluate the impact of educational programmes; publishes printed and audiovisual materials; and coordinates action research projects on instructional practices and educational problems. SCERT has taken on the responsibility of rolling out CLIx in Telangana.
