Project Description
State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT)-Chhattisgarh was established on 8th August 2007. SCERT Raipur is concerned with the academic aspects of school education including formulation of curriculum, preparation of textbooks, teachers’ handbooks and teacher training. It advises the Government on policy matters relating to school education. The academic activities and programmes of SCERT are carried out by the various departments/ units/ Cells. SCERT plans and coordinates all academic projects and programmes in the state. SCERT has taken the responsibility of rolling out CLIx in Chhattisgarh. Also, SCERT is working extensively on open education resources by conducting teachers training, Creating ICT Modules, Lesson Plans for improving the teaching-learning process.
